SEVENPAR是一款計算Helmert變換的工具軟體。Helmert變換是計算不同系統之間的坐標
變換，SEVENPAR可以精確計算出Helmert變換參數。計算出的參數可以直接輸入到合適的
變換軟體中，如TRANSDAT坐標變換軟體，或者GPS接收機的計算軟體。Helmert的七個參
數是按照三個常用的標準計算的，三個標準是CoordinateFrameRotation、Position
