phaserule).Somepapersmayhavedatafromwhichadiagrammaybeplotted,
whileinothersonlytheresultsofastudyarediscussed.Thelistisbyno
meansexhaustivebecausecollectingandidentifyingreferenceswithout
diagramswasnotsystematicuntilthemid-1980＊s.Regardless,itwas
deemedusefultoprovidethisinformation.Usersshouldbeawarethatthis
filehasnotbeencheckedindetailforaccuracybythedatacenterstaff.
